Haebin Lee focuses her practice on securities law, commercial transactions, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. With experience spanning the corporate and financial sectors, she offers a unique combination of expertise in regulatory compliance and business transactions.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Haebin gained valuable experience in the cryptocurrency fund services, where she specialized in regulatory compliance, including Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration across multiple jurisdictions. During law school, she externed with the New York State Attorney General’s Office in the Investor Protection Bureau, contributing to securities law enforcement and investor protection initiatives.
