Peter represents and advises U.S. and multinational companies on corporate transactional and other corporate governance matters. Peter focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.

Peter has represented both public and private companies in a variety of sectors, including real estate, industrials, aerospace and defense, and health care. Peter also has experience working with local counsel to solve complex legal issues in jurisdictions across the world, including Argentina, Brazil, France, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, among others.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Peter attended The George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of The George Washington University Law Review and The George Washington University Law School's Moot Court Board. Before law school, he earned a B.A. in Economics from Boston University.

In addition to his corporate practice, Peter has an active pro bono practice spanning a variety of matters, including advising nonprofits with respect to corporate governance and other corporate, transactional matters. He is also an adjunct professor on corporate law at Duke University.
