As a Luxembourg Bar member since 2013, and with 14 years of experience in the finance sector, Valérie Laskowski focuses her practice on banking and capital markets matters including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, fund finance, refinancing, restructuring, securitisation, and structured finance. She has also a significant experience in corporate law. She assists clients including private and public financial institutions, private equity firms, real estate investors, and asset managers in general, as well as corporate clients, on all sides of finance transactions.

She is an active member of the LuxCMA (Luxembourg Capital Markets Association) Legal & Regulatory working group and regularly shares her knowledge on fund finance topics (webinar, article).
