In addition to her legal expertise, Kerstin uses her extensive international network to advise and coordinate international employment law projects, such as staff reductions and the implementation of global policies. Kerstin's exceptional negotiation skills, balanced perspective and pragmatic approach are crucial to the success of such projects. Notably, Kerstin also served as Office Managing Partner for several years, heading the Frankfurt office of our firm. Furthermore, from 2019 to 2024, she led our global employment practice group, comprising over 120 attorneys across Europe, the United States, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia.
