Joe Lambert knows construction and engineering law from the ground up, backed by more than 20 trials as lead or co-counsel. He represents owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers in complex disputes across Colorado and nationwide—often involving projects valued in the hundreds of millions to billions.

His litigation experience spans federal and state courts and arbitration, covering claims of design and construction defects, delays, acceleration, and disruption. Joe has experience with green energy projects, including battery plants and solar farms, as well as large-scale infrastructure such as dams, mixed-use resorts, and processing facilities.

Beyond dispute resolution, Joe helps clients avoid risk through strategic contract drafting and negotiation for design-bid-build, design-build, and other delivery methods. He also handles a wide range of commercial litigation matters.

Joe served as a Trustee of the Colorado Legal Aid Foundation (2019–2025) and is a former Director of the Colorado Bar Foundation.
