Golo Edel advises national and international companies on general matters of trade, distribution and consumer protection law. His focus is on various industries such as automotive, consumer goods and logistics.

Golo's work also includes the drafting and revision of commercial contracts and he advises on general terms and conditions. He is also involved in transactional work and advises on product-related regulatory issues. Further, he advises national and international companies on the implementation of online distribution models including the drafting on general terms and conditions for online shops in several countries.

Before joining us, Golo worked for a mid-sized law firm in Düsseldorf focusing on commercial law and commercial litigation. He studied at the University of Münster. During his legal traineeship he worked in the corporate group of another international law firm in Düsseldorf.
