Michaela Glass advises on a range of AI, privacy and cybersecurity issues. Her work includes multi-jurisdictional compliance advice, cybersecurity incident response and helping clients navigate evolving regulatory environments. She also provides subject matter expertise in corporate deals and assists with regulatory investigations. 

Michaela works with clients across a broad range of sectors including social media, technology, financial services, fashion, healthcare, manufacturing and consumer goods. She has also completed a secondment at a major global bank, working in regulatory change management.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Michaela worked in-house in fintech and as a management consultant specialising in digital transformations. She also obtained a Masters in Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge.
