Represent clients on cross-border joint ventures, including a major automotive retailer on a complex transaction for development and manufacture of electric batteries for incorporation into vehicles.
Represent for several global consumer brands on the strategic protection and enforcement of their brands, including Tiffany & Co, Asahi, Mars and Roland Corporation.
