James Furneaux is a junior associate working in the Strategic Operations, Agreements and Regulation (SOAR) team. He focuses on supporting clients with complex commercial transactions and long-term strategic collaborations, such as license and collaboration deals, sourcing/service arrangements and joint ventures.
During his training contract, James spent six months on secondment to a global biopharmaceutical company, advising the business on strategic commercial contracts. James therefore appreciates the commercial drivers underpinning his clients' legal needs and understands the value of clear and pragmatic legal advice.
