Eva-Christina Sommer advises national and international clients on capital market matters. She is particularly involved in the issue of retail structured products (certificates, leveraged products and notes). Eva is also experienced in drawing up and updating base prospectuses as well as in preparing marketing material.
Eva-Christina studied German and French Law at the University of Cologne and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Thereafter, she obtained an LL.M. in International Economic Law as well as in corporate & financial law from the Leuphana University Lüneburg and the University of Glasgow.
