Edward has a particular focus on ensuring his clients’ claims yield tangible results, and he has wide experience of seeking freezing and receivership orders, as well as the tools at a litigant’s disposal to police such orders and asset tracing more generally. He has managed and led successful enforcement proceedings in the UK and jurisdictions around the globe.
Edward has also developed a particular interest in legal privilege issues arising in the context of litigation and a corporation’s interactions with regulators and prosecutors, having advised a client on one of the most important legal privilege cases in the past decade before the Court of Appeal. Edward hosts and runs internal and external training on this issue.
In non-fee earning work, Edward prides himself on his pro bono practice, most recently acting for a string of Afghan asylum seekers following the collapse of the previous government.
