Alexandra is an associate in the Financial Services Regulation and Sustainable Finance & Investment practice. She advises a range of clients—including large corporates, financial institutions, asset managers and insurers—on ESG and financial services regimes in the UK and EU.

She helps clients navigate complex issues arising from an evolving regulatory landscape. Her work includes discrete regulatory advice on the application of UK and EU regimes regarding areas such as the ESG disclosures, market abuse, money-laundering, financial promotions, and requirements for authorised firms.

Alexandra also advises on the ESG and financial services regulatory aspects of corporate transactions, and on a range of financial services agreements, including terms and conditions, investment management agreements and outsourcing contracts.

 

Representative experience

Advising a major international bank on the DORA remediation of its technology and outsourcing agreements.

Advising various overseas financial institutions, including brokers and insurance firms, on the UK regulated activities and financial promotions perimeter.

Advising a variety of financial institutions on terms and conditions for products, including in relation to the FCA Consumer Duty.

Advising various financial institutions, including oversees firms, on the senior managers and certification regime.

 

Advising a major international financial institution on its defence sector policy.

 

Advising clients across multiple sectors, including insurance and oil & gas, on the scope, applicability, and implementation of the CSRD.
