Corbinian Schwaab specializes in product-related regulatory matters. He helps clients around the world to successfully navigate the complex regulatory frameworks applicable to their products and to resolve product compliance issues, particularly in the automotive and mobility, industrials and technology sector.

Corbinian regularly advises on European market entry and other product-related regulatory requirements, such as type-approval and certification requirements, marking and labelling requirements, cybersecurity requirements, or requirements under environmental, chemicals and waste laws. His work also includes the review, revision and draft of contractual agreements in relation to regulatory requirements.

In addition, Corbinian helps clients to resolve product compliance issues and to defend them in regulatory proceedings. He advises on legal obligations, supports internal investigations, develops risk mitigation strategies and assists with authority and third-party communication.
