For her anti-counterfeiting activities, she develops effective and efficient enforcement strategies, including civil and criminal action as well as a close collaboration with customs authorities.
Christina takes a holistic view to enforcement and pursues a comprehensive protection strategy for the benefit of her clients‘ IP assets. This starts with the keen focus on data intelligence and information gathering, includes a diligent consideration of all options and results in a robust implementation of her strategies.
Christina studied at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg and at the University of Surrey, England, and already focused on Intellectual Property law during her studies. Accompanying her work on her doctorate in patent law, she was already able to gain experience in the field of Intellectual Property Law as a research assistant in an international law firm.
Advising a large consumer goods company in numerous complex IP enforcement litigation proceedings as well as daily enforcement of their IP rights, developing their overall IP enforcement strategy.
Representing a leading payment platform in various civil court litigation against consumer associations and other consumer protection groups with regard to claims based on unfair competition law.
Advising an auto mobile manufacturer on data protection and marketing matters and strategy.
Advising a consum goods manufcturer on the field of online marketing and data protection.
Advising Deutscher Sparkassenverlag on a Joint Venture with Ingenico.
Representing numerous consumer goods manufacturers on the enforcement of their IP rights against counterfeiting networks both in Germany and throughout Europe, in civil and criminal proceedings.
