Jason Chohonis advises clients on government investigations, complex civil litigation, and high-stakes disputes. He has defended major consumer products corporations in multiple nationwide class action lawsuits and represented the ownership of a major American sports franchise in a significant team ownership dispute. Jason’s broad experience includes handling white collar matters ranging from internal audits to government investigations, as well as experience litigating real estate access issues. His practice spans a broad array of industries and legal challenges, providing clients with strategic counsel in their most critical matters.

While in law school, in addition to serving as the Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal, Jason gained valuable experience with a series of externships and internships at the SEC, DOJ, and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, with the Honorable William M. Ray II.
