Nick helps clients respond to complaints, manage fact discovery, conduct internal investigations, and navigate False Claims Act matters. He excels at performing complex legal research and presents his findings clearly, empowering clients to make informed decisions.
Nick’s studied at UCLA School of Law, where he served as President of the Moot Court Executive Board and Production Editor of the UCLA Law Review. As a student, he externed for the US District Court for the Central District of California and published a student comment on implicit bias in jury selection.
Nick is passionate about pro bono work. He has defended individuals facing eviction, assisted with adoptions, and advocated for incarcerated persons’ rights through the UCLA Prisoner’s Rights Clinic.
Before practicing law, Nick was an accomplished French Horn player, performing as Acting Assistant Principal/Utility Horn of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and as a Fellow at the New World Symphony in Miami, Florida.
Assisted in the defence of a company against a relator’s qui tam action under the False Claims Act.
Defended a Section 8 housing recipient from eviction.
Aided the non-contentious adoption of grandchildren by their grandparents.
Assisted with the internal investigation of a publicly traded company.
