Her practice focuses on providing strategic guidance to national and international companies navigating complex regulatory environments in the tech sector. She advises clients on matters concerning data protection, cybersecurity, IT contracts, and emerging digital technologies, and has experience supporting clients in regulatory proceedings and Golden Power matters. Margherita also assists clients in relation to contentious matters regarding the IT industry.
Margherita earned her Master’s Degree in Law with honors from LUISS University in Rome and spent a semester studying at Utrecht University under the Erasmus programme. Before joining Hogan Lovells, Margherita gained experience in technology, media, and telecommunications law at both boutique and international law firms. She also completed an internship at the Embassy of Italy in Washington, D.C., further enriching her international perspective.
