Cristina is an Associate in the IPMT and Data Protection team at Hogan Lovells' Madrid office. She has been involved in a variety of projects, including Data Protection compliance assessments, negotiation of IA related agreements, Cybersecurity and DSA matters, addressing accessibility inquiries as well as advice regarding minors and technology.

Cristina plays an active role in due diligence projects across Intellectual Property, Data Protection, and Information Technology, and regularly advises clients on these obligations when launching new products or services. Her client portfolio includes companies in the pharmaceutical, e-commerce, and banking sectors.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Cristina worked in the IP/Tech department of another leading international law firm, where she focused on industrial property litigation and contributed to significant trademark and patent protection projects.
