After over twelve years of experience in banking and restructuring, Antonia is recognised for her clear analysis and pragmatic approach. Antonia’s clients include international banks, corporates, debt funds, innovative start-ups, and public institutions.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells in 2019, Antonia was part of the financial restructuring team at a Magic Circle law firm and worked in the restructuring and banking litigation team of a German firm renowned for its insolvency expertise.

Advising KATHREIN SE in the restructuring of KATHREIN group as well as in relation to the sale of parts of the business to Continental and Ericsson.*
Advising GERRY WEBER International AG in relation to the restructuring of the GERRY WEBER group.*
Advising an ad hoc group of creditors of Steinhoff Europe AG in the restructuring and refinancing of the Steinhoff group.*
Advising a real estate company in relation with the restructuring of A.T.U. and its sale to Mobivia.*
Defending German state-owned development bank KfW against repayment claims for fees based on credit agreements and general terms and conditions.*
Advising AkquiVest GmbH on the financing of acquisitions.
Advising Statkraft on the acquisition of 337 MW onshore wind farms in Germany and France.
Advising BNP Paribas S.A., Germany Branch, in connection with a €90m loan agreement in the retail sector.
Advising ETERNA Mode Holding GmbH and its main shareholder in connection with one of the largest StaRUG proceedings to date and the restructuring of the ETERNA Group.
Advising Finanzagentur der Bundesrepublik Deutschland GmbH on subordinated loans for Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof and Ludwig Görtz GmbH.
Advising AccorInvest Group on the COVID-related restructuring of its financial liabilities and securing a French state guarantee.
