Orson Alcocer leads the Real Estate practice in Madrid. With more than 25 years of experience, Orson is a highly regarded real estate lawyer with a distinguished track record of advising leading investors, developers, financial institutions, and corporate clients on complex, high-value real estate transactions.

He has deep expertise in structured acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, and development projects, covering a broad range of asset classes including office, retail, logistics, hotels, residential development, and data centres. He has extensive experience advising institutional investors and private equity firms on large-scale real estate acquisitions, portfolio transactions, sales and lease back deals, and distressed restructurings.
